I’ve been having Pilates sessions with Carroll for 4 years now and both she and the exercise sessions have become an essential part of my life. Pilates has undoubtedly improved my general wellbeing. My core strength has greatly improved as has my posture. Having four children, I sometimes start my sessions feeling a ‘little’ stressed but during the session I can feel my shoulders drop and the tension leave my body. Carroll knows how much to push me and I’m frequently surprised by some of the exercises I’m able to do.
